  Awesome staff. Went in on a day it was snowing outside. They helped me with my Technical phone issues of mysprint app not updating that sprint customer care could not. Upbeat and professional staff. Also adding the the music selection in store was top notch. Will def use this location for all future business. - Rick

  Hi, me Santos and Joanne we had some trouble today with our phone customers services there was a great help today all the way from the beginning to the end to get our phone back in a well working conditions. Michelle she was a great customer service that as soon I walk in to sprint she help me and my wife Joanne to get our phone together. Thank you so much Michelle for your help *great job*

  I have a samsung s5, screen went black. I wasnt able to get to the store till 7:40pm. 2 other people in the store. Got helped almost right away, Valorie who works there, got me a new front for my phone, now it works, backed up my contacts and apps for me. I use my phone for a lot of doctor calls, so I am very happy I didnt loose my contacts and I didnt have to get a new phone yet.
