  Called to check on prescriptions Dr called in, woman said they'll be ready within an hr and she took my cell number in order to text me when the medications are ready. She was very nice. They are very busy there and she made an effort to be pleasant and helpful.

  These women that work in the pharmacy are rude and passive aggressive I went threw the drive up window they waited on person behind me that came 10 min after me I asked her why she did that and she acted like the world ended. My RX was already filled three days prior and I sent my card before she picked up phone. Made me wait 15 min before she got back on phone she said here you go and hung up the phone before I could ask to speak with the pharmacist I had a question. I pushed the call button for 10 min no answer. I called the pharmacy no answer tried again when I got home she answered, I told her I had question for pharmacist, and why did she hang up and not ask if I had question? She said, because it wasn't new RX. I asked is that normal procedure to hang up like that? no answer. Then I asked to speak to pharmacist, She got on and I asked why the other person hung up and not ask if I had questions and she said she didn't I was standing right next to her. Cant believe these liars have jobs. Numerous problems here I will be calling corporate about these unprofessional people. Please complain to corporate about them.
